Thursday 7th March is…WORLD BOOK DAY!
Our theme this year is ‘My Most Splendiferous Book’. We will be sharing what makes a scrumdiddlyumptious book and let all hear loud and proud what our children think makes the best book to read.

Children can come to school dressed up as a character from their favourite story.
On World Book Day, we will be holding a book swap in the Hall from 3.15pm. For children to take part, they need to bring a book that they wish to swap. They will be given a token, which they can then exchange for a book at the Book Swap. Children will also be able to purchase books for 20p.
