On Thursday 10th January, Year 3 were visited by a STEM Ambassador from AECOM (a multinational engineering firm). Engineer Finley Tapp, came in and carried out some fun and engaging 'Light' practical experiments in preparation for their upcoming science unit based on light.
Finley was able to also discuss his enjoyment of STEM and give the children an insight into the STEM pathway he has taken since leaving school.
It was fantastic to hear the feedback from Finley regarding the children's engagement and fantastic attitude towards their learning.
