In art, 5RM have been looking at Sea poetry and using it to inspire us. We each created a Zine – a small 8 page book. We used different mediums to create a range of pieces. Some children used water colours to create a wash over the page, some added cut or ripped paper to add detail. Every child worked hard to practise mono printing. They practiced different amounts of ink, different pressures and different fonts. Once they were confident, they used the technique on their final piece. I am very proud of the amount of effort and detail that the children put into their zines.
